Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

The product you receive is a virtual downloadable alongside an official unique identifier. Upon refund we revoke the identifier and your product will be disabled in your device.

Giftcards are available to loyal customers or offers and can be redeemed once per account.

In case of return you will receive the final cost after the Giftcard has been applied to your purchase.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within a week, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days according to your banking provider.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
