About Mykonos

Welcome to Greece’s most famous cosmopolitan island, a whitewashed paradise in the heart of the Cyclades. Mykonos is a deeply cosmopolitan place, and a multicultural meeting point.
According to mythology, Mykonos was formed from the petrified bodies of giants killed by Hercules. And the island took its name from the grandson of Apollo, Mykonos”.
Mykonos enjoys perfect, sunny weather throughout the summer season, with very rare cloudy days. The windy aspect of the island, mainly in July and August, keeps clouds away. The winter is also quite mild, thanks to its location.
The island is justifiably among the top suggestions for letting loose and having a blast in the Mediterranean. Mykonos abides by the traditional Cycladic architectural style, as it is protected by law.
